According to several news sources, 6 people were killed and 2 others injured in an explosion at a grain elevator in Atchison, Kansas. The blast occurred around 7 p.m. Saturday, October 29 when workers were loading corn onto a train. The explosion tore a piece of the building off, sitting directly above an elevator at the facility.
