Commentary
When working hazardous jobs it is reasonable that employers insure that their employees are protected with all necessary safety equipment and updated with all safety guidelines in order to keep them from harm. Employees should always be made aware of proper procedure and keep each other in constant communication when fellow employees are engaging in a potentially dangerous work activity.
