A worker was injured in an explosion in an Ohio chemical plant

On June 8, 2009, a worker was injured in an explosion in Cincinnati, Ohio. The accident occurred at the Emery Oleochemicals just before midnight. The specifics of the explosion have not been released, however it is known that it resulted in a small fire. The unidentified worker was transported to University Hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
