25-year-old Byron Souza killed in a construction accident in Las Vegas

In February of 2009, 25-year-old Byron Souza was killed in a construction accident. The fatal accident occurred at the McCarran airport in Las Vegas as Souza was working with a crew on a project. The young workers suffered a blunt force traunma to the head. The details of the accident are not full known, but it is believed that the accident involved an earth mover piece of heavy machinery. OSHA has launched a full investigation.
