Tulsa worker pinned under heavy equipment at linen service

On June 19, 2009, a worker was killed in an industrial accident in Tulsa, OK. The accident occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. at Superior Linen Service, Inc. at Fifth Street and Rockford Ave. when the victim became pinned beneath a large piece of equipment. Rescue workers freed the man, but he succumb to his injuries and died. The worker was not identified.
