Justin Gillman killed after falling from scaffolding in Lincolnshire, IL.
On Friday, February 26, Justin Gillman fell from scaffolding while working at a building site near Lincolnshire, IL. After he fell, a pile of bricks crashed down on top of him. He died at the scene. Officials are still investigating the incident. Construction work is, unfortunately, very dangerous. But so many accidents could be avoided if clients, employers, and other workers would simply follow standard safety procedure. In cases where a victim's accident is caused by another person's negligence, family members may wish to file a lawsuit. Unfortunately, this is no easy task. I have worked on these cases for twenty years, and I have seen both individuals and companies go to great lengths to avoid accepting responsibility for an accident. But ultimately, the law is in place to protect victims and their families. With the help of a Dallas scaffolding accident attorney, you can be sure that those responsible for your loved one's accident are held accountable for their negligence.
