Worker injured in welding accident in Carteret, NJ.
On Monday, March 1, a welder at a construction site in Carteret, NJ was injured in an explosion. Authorities say the explosion caused the doors of a pickup truck to be blown off and crash into the worker. The man was taken to a nearby hospital. Officials are still investigating the incident. Construction work inherently comes with some risks, but many work site accidents could be averted if standard safety protocol was followed by all clients, construction companies, and other workers. When a worker is injured due to the negligence of another person, he or she may wish to file a lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is an easy task, but in my experience, both companies and individuals will do almost anything to avoid being held responsible for an accident. But the truth is this: the law is on your side, and with the help of a Dallas construction injury attorney, you can make sure that those responsible for your accident are held accountable for their negligence.
