Frederick Harrington dies after fall in Rochester, NY.
On Thursday, March 4, Frederick Harrington was working on an office building in Rochester, NY. He fell from the roof of the building and was rushed to a nearby hospital. Tragically, he died of his injuries. The details of the incident are still under investigation. Construction work is often dangerous, but the truth is that many accidents could be avoided if clients, construction companies, and other workers would simply follow standard safety procedures. In cases where a worker is killed due to another person's negligence, family members may wish to file a construction accident lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is a simple process. But in my experience, construction companies will do almost anything to avoid accepting responsibility for this type of accident. But ultimately, the law is on your side, and with the help of an Dallas construction lawyers, you can be sure that those responsible for your family member's death are brought to justice.
