Three workers injured in an accident in Weatherford, TX.
On Thursday, March 4, three workers were injured in a Weatherford, TX construction site accident. Two of the injured workers were taken to hospitals for wrist, head, and back injuries. Officials report that the tresses on which they were working collapsed. The incident is still under investigation. Construction work is inherently dangerous, but the simple truth is that many accidents could be averted if clients, employers, and other workers would all follow simple safety guidelines. Whenever a worker is injured due to another person's negligence, that worker may wish to file a Dallas construction accident law suit. Unfortunately, this is never easy. I have worked on these types of cases for twenty years, and I have seen construction companies go to extraordinary lengths to avoid accepting responsibility for an injury. But the truth is this: the law is on your side, and with the help of a Dallas construction accident law firm, you can be sure that those responsible for your injuries are held accountable.
