Explosion at Nashville, TN machine company injures welder.
On Friday, March 5, an explosion at a Nashville, TN machine company injured a welder. There was no fire as a result of the explosion. The welder was rushed to a nearby hospital, but neither his identity nor his condition are currently known. Construction work unfortunately sees many accidents. But ultimately, much of the risk could be averted if employers, clients, and other workers would simply follow safety guidelines. When they neglect this responsibility, however, and a worker is injured, that worker may wish to file a construction injury lawsuit. Unfortunately, this is often a difficult task. I have worked on these types of cases for twenty years, and I have seen what construction companies are willing to do in order to avoid being held responsible for an accident. But what they don't want you to know is this: the law is on your side, and with the help of an experienced Dallas construction injury lawyer, you can be sure that those responsible for your injuries are held accountable.
