Junction City, KS flash fire claims the life of worker Dale Bishop.
On Wednesday, March 3, Dale Bishop was working on a furnace
at an apartment complex in Junction City, KS. Some vapors
from the furnace caught fire and resulted in an explosion.
Bishop was rushed to a nearby hospital, but he died of his
injuries. Officials are currently investigating the details
of the incident. Construction and maintenance work is often
very dangerous, but many accidental injuries could
be avoided if property owners, employers, and other workers would
simply follow standard safety procedures. When a worker loses
his or her life due to another person's negligence, family members may
wish to file a lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is an
easy task, but in my experience, construction companies will do
everything in their power to avoid accepting responsibility for an
accident. But the truth is that the laws are in place to
protect workers and their families. With a Dallas construction injury attorney on your
side, you can be sure that those responsible for your loved one's
accident are brought to
justice.

I was witness to the immediate aftermath. I didn't see or hear it occur. Its the single most terrifying thing I've ever experienced seeing. My heart goes out to him and his family.
