Construction worker injured after fall from site at White Beat Lake, MN.
On Wednesday, March 10, a worker was injured when he fell off of scaffolding at a site in White Bear Lake, MN. Police report that he was taken in critical condition to a nearby hospital. Witnesses report that he landed on concrete and suffered head injuries. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Construction work is often dangerous, but the truth is that many accidents could be avoided if clients, employers, and other workers would all follow standard safety procedures. When these procedures are ignored and workers are injured, those workers may wish to file a construction accident lawsuit. Unfortunately, this is a very difficult task. I have worked on construction accident lawsuits for twenty years, and I have seen what construction companies are willing to do in order to avoid accepting responsibility for an accident. But ultimately, the law is on your side, and with the help of an experienced construction accident attorney, you can be sure that those responsible for your injuries are brought to justice.
