Christopher Whalen dies after being crushed by pipe.

On Friday, March 5, Christopher Whalen was crushed when a 250-pound pipe fell on him at an oilfield near Beach, ND.  He was taken to a nearby hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.  The incident is still under investigation.
